The room was impeccably clean and our stay was incredibly comfortable. I appreciated the luxurious toiletries provided. This hotel is indeed a 4 star hotel with 5 star amenities. The hotel was ideally situated within walking distance of popular attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide selection of fresh and delicious items. Staff of this hotel stay went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. They were really welcoming specially Anita on 6th floor, her hospitality was remarkably good.

The place was very hygienic and the room was very comfortable and nice. The breakfast choices were ample and tested well too. Excellent location on right In mid of mall street. The chef for South Indian and eggs is wow simply . Housekeeping was warm n courteous. I was unwell so I asked for hot water with ginger and turmeric and some microwave service at odd hours and they were kind to support . Thanks for a great time

It was a good experience overall. We stayed for 3 nights here , from housekeeping to frontdesk, staff is extremely polite and they took care of our requirements during the stay. Breakfast served was exceptionally good. Clean and tidy room and consumables in there. Location is also prime and great view from the room, if you select one with a valley view.

Great location and views from this hotel. Right on The Mall so conveniently located close to everything. Staff was courteous and friendly and wanted to ensure you have a comfortable stay. Good food. I got the Attic suite and had amazing views. Mussoorie itself has nothing much to do so, can’t say that I will be visiting again.
